1 lb Clams scrubbed
1 lb Mussels scrubbed

1 Lemon cut into lemon, wedges

1 14 oz can Tomatoes 398 ml, fire roasted

4 cups Vegetable or chicken broth

1 tbsp Hot sauce such as tabasco or sriracha

1 1/2 cups Arborio rice

2 tsp Paprika, smoked
1 tsp Saffron
