Mexican Spaghetti



Mexican Spaghetti, one of my favorite one-pot wonders, adds a little “spice” to your dinner table and shaves valuable time off a busy weeknight.

Ingredients

1 lb Ground beef
Produce
1 cup Corn, Frozen
1 (7 Ounce) Can Green chilies
1 (14.5 Ounce) Can Tomatoes, Canned
1 Yellow onion, Medium
Condiments
1 (8 Ounce) Can Tomato sauce
Pasta & grains
8 oz Spaghetti noodles, Dried
Baking & spices
1 Envelope Taco seasoning
Dairy
1 cup Cheddar cheese, Grated
Liquids
2 3/4 cups Water
